All services are sold as blocks of time. You will book either a 60 or 90 minute session. Once you arrive, we will discuss your reason for the visit, and together we will come up with a plan for the session. New client sessions take about 15 minutes extra, so please plan accordingly. I will pull from a smattering of modalities, including:
